Today, March 29, 2019 is National Vietnam Veterans Day where we honor those veterans who dedicated themselves to serving their country all those years ago. We are forever grateful for your service and sacrifice.

For those who served in the Navy, there is an additional thank you that is being offered this year. The expanded benefits for "Blue Water" Vietnam Navy Veterans that we've discussed in our previous post (https://www.ocjobinjury.com/blog-1/agent-orange-exposure-presumed-for-veterans-of-territorial-sea) are officially available. In a win for Veterans, the VA has decided not to appeal the decision of this case. Eligible Veterans are advised to contact the Monroe County Veterans Service Agency to learn about the greater compensation available.

Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.
